Why is the object description no longer appearing when I view a listing? Is it a settings issue or am I doing something wrong?

Without a description or precise details, it’s a real obstacle to selling

Clear your browser's cache and cookies and if that is not enough, reinstall the app.

If the problem persists, you will need to contact eBay customer service directly.

Do you have this problem on the mobile app?

Because on PC, whether on Chrome or Edge, everything is fine.
