Description "provided by eBay" not editable / custom item description impossible | Community Mentor Help

Hello, after 3 listings without any problems, it is now impossible for me to customize the item description. In the “Description” sub-section, I only have my listing title as the description provided by eBay, and there is no way to edit it. Using Firefox, I deleted the cookies, restarted a browser + eBay session and there was no change. I tried with Edge and Chrome, (which I never use normally) the problem persists. All these tests over a period of about 6 hours. Anyway, I’m coming back to sell on eBay with a lot of enthusiasm and I’m already fed up. If anyone has a solution, thanks in advance for sharing it.
