There may be a problem between your device and the site...
if you're working on a PC... and if you have an older version of Windows.. are the updates being installed normally...?
if you're using a phone... it might be a good idea to remove the current app and download the latest one.. ---> Using the eBay app | eBay
It could also be a bug... but there’s no word on the forum about it yet.
