Difference in shipping fees
Summary: gilma4628 explains a confusion regarding the shipping fees shown on an eBay listing, which were initially €4, but an email indicated a total payment of €12.50, with shipping fees of €7.50 and €4, while other communications mentioned €11.50. They suspect an error or a change by the seller, who claims to have entered €5 for Mondial Relay by mistake. koalagris suggests contacting customer service because sharing listing links on the forum is prohibited, and jacquelinedu36 suggests asking for a cancellation. gilma4628 thanks everyone for the replies received.
On the listing, it shows €4. The person says they selected €5 and that they were charged €4. I even have an eBay email telling me to pay €12.50 with €7.50 + €4 shipping. In emails, I receive “pay €11.50”. Why this difference? Or else the seller is lying, they put €4 and then realized they have to set €5 in the end. Please. Regards. Their message: "because I had set Mondial Relay at €5, I hadn’t even noticed that it showed €4 before? maybe a bug on eBay because for tracked letter I put €4, so maybe you had the display for La Poste tracked letter, but in any case, the shipment can only be sent by Mondial Relay, and I had set €5."

Good evening ??? 😕
Impossible to answer without seeing the listing, and since putting a link to a listing on the forum is prohibited, it’ll have to stay that way.
= Is this unfortunate € difference really a problem for you?
(if yes: contact customer service)
