Difficulty making a purchase from a foreign seller.
Summary: Anonymous User expresses frustration over an inconsistency on Ebay. Although the listing says delivery to France is possible, an error message appears at checkout stating that the seller does not deliver to their address in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur.
I don't understand how Ebay works. I want to buy an item whose seller is in Austria. On the listing, in the "Shipping" section, it says "Can be shipped to: France." However, when I click on Buy It Now, a message appears "The seller doesn't ship this item to your address (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, metropolitan France)."
This seems incomprehensible to me.
