Disappearance of tabs

Hello
When I go to a seller's other items, for about a week now I no longer have the tabs new items, ending soon, ended or sold sales etc...
I've tried lots of things, I even logged out of eBay, logged back in with no effect
I read that I might need to clear the cache, but it's at 0, nothing to clear
I really don't know what to do anymore and all of this is really frustrating me
Has anyone ever had this problem and how did you solve it ?

There may be a bug in the software... therefore, you remove the app that's installed and download a brand-new clean one...--->
