Missing document and item held up at customs
Hello,
What happens when the item is held up at customs on the pretext that the CN23 form is missing (an identity card for what's inside the parcel)?
Who should be contacted? How can the situation be resolved?

OP1 year agoI sent him a message.
But well, it's in the USA. I’d be surprised if the guy who is in the United States picks up the CN23 form and sends it to I don’t even know who, by the way!!!

OP1 year agoI am the recipient.
Here's what my tracking says: "The customs clearance procedures for your shipment are suspended due to an incorrect customs declaration. Our services may need to contact you."
I contacted La Poste directly and was told that the CN23 form was missing (which is more or less the package's ID card).
For the record, I went through eBay international shipping. Is it them who didn't do the job?!!
