Hello, I’m asking for your help because my double VAT refund request is completely blocked.Purchase (28/01): Order of €415.59 (California). VAT of USD 79.77 paid to eBay.Delivery (16/02): Parcel delivered by La Poste. I had to pay €64.00 in VAT again (Total €106 with customs/fees).17/02: Refund request sent via the site with La Poste invoice. No response.18/02: Call to customer service. Ineffective advisor, no action.20/02: New request on the site (confirmation message '24-48h' received). No response.23/02: Another call. The agent confirms the tracking anomaly and says they are sending an email to the relevant department.03/03 (Today): Still nothing. No email, no follow-up, no refund.It has been 15 days since I provided proof of double taxation. How can I get a case number and my refund? eBay’s silence is starting to be a long one.Thank you
