Hello everyone,
I purchased a Diesel Mega Chief DZ4541 watch from the listing below:

I have major concerns about the authenticity of the watch because:
- the packaging was not sealed,
- I did not receive an authenticity certificate for the watch,
- there was no protective film on the dial,
- there was no Diesel brand tag with the displayed price,
- the watch seems to sound "hollow." I weighed it, and it is 122g,
- I received an email under the name "Chic Time" even though this seller is identified on e-bay as "next-tech-france". After doing some research online, I was able to see that "Chic Time" is known to be a fraudulent site selling counterfeit goods.
I don't want to become paranoid, but I'd like to know whether I can trust this seller and whether the watch I bought is authentic or counterfeit?
I don't know what to do. Thank you for your help.

Have it appraised by taking it to a shop, to an authorized dealer of the brand.
No one on a forum will be able to answer you (without having the item in hand...)
You have 30 days from the delivery date to make a return request on ebay, if there is a problem.

Do I have 30 days to return it? I don't get it, the listing says 14 days...

Mentor2 years agoWe need to make a distinction between returns for personal convenience (change of mind) and non-conforming items, as well as, in terms of deadlines, the legal obligation for professional sellers (14 days) and eBay's dispute period (30 days), the key issue being: who pays the return shipping costs, the seller or the buyer...
