Hello everyone,
I purchased a Diesel Mega Chief DZ4541 watch from the listing below:

I have major concerns about the authenticity of the watch because:
- the packaging was not sealed,
- I did not receive an authenticity certificate for the watch,
- there was no protective film on the dial,
- there was no Diesel brand tag with the displayed price,
- the watch seems to sound "hollow." I weighed it, and it is 122g,
- I received an email under the name "Chic Time" even though this seller is identified on e-bay as "next-tech-france". After doing some research online, I was able to see that "Chic Time" is known to be a fraudulent site selling counterfeit goods.
I don't want to become paranoid, but I'd like to know whether I can trust this seller and whether the watch I bought is authentic or counterfeit?
I don't know what to do. Thank you for your help.

Faîtes-la expertiser en l'apportant dans une boutique, à un revendeur agréé de la marque.
Personne sur un forum ne pourra vous répondre (sans avoir l'objet en main...)
Vous avez 30jrs date de livraison pour faire une demande de retour sur ebay, si problème il y a.

J'ai 30 jours pour la retourner ? Je ne comprends pas, sur l'annonce il est indiqué 14 jours...

Mentor2 years agoIl faut faire la distinction entre le retour par convenance personnelle (changement d'avis) et l'objet non conforme, ainsi que, niveau délai, l'obligation légale des vendeurs pro (14jrs) et le délai de litige ebay (30jrs), le nerf de la guerre étant : qui paie les frais de retour entre le vendeur ou l'acheteur...
