doubts regarding the buyer
Hello,
I sold an item yesterday, 19/01/2025. The buyer created his profile on 17/01/2025.
He sent me a message asking me to address it to another name at a parcel pickup point.
When I wanted to print the label, I noticed that the recipient's phone number was mine.
I am wondering about the reliability of this buyer.
What can I do?

"address to another name" = absolutely not! You must strictly follow what ebay tells you regarding delivery (it could backfire on you).
"I noticed that the recipient's phone number was mine" = that's always the case when the buyer hasn't filled in their contact details... You should then pass on the pickup information to them via ebay messaging.
