Hello, I am a seller. A buyer is asking me to accept a return of an item delivered under their 14-day right of withdrawal after ordering. The item matches the listing, and the buyer wants to return it because they ordered the wrong size. Do I have to accept this return, or can I refuse it? Hello @oliver-1313 When the seller is an individual in a distance sale, this 214-day right of withdrawal does not apply; So you have 2 options----> a) - Refuse the return for the stated reason, (knowing that the buyer can only open one dispute per item...) and get yourself awarded a tomato with the appropriate label... b) - Tell your customer that this right does not apply...
