eBay warranty period from the date of purchase for the buyer
Summary: nouveau-depart explains that they bought a stone at auction on eBay and that it was supposed to be delivered on November 11. However, the tracking is invalid, and the seller says delivery may take until December 10. They ask whether they will be covered by the buyer protection if the stone does not arrive. *miss-tigri* replies that the protection lets you report an item not received within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and that if it does not arrive, they should follow the dispute procedure indicated on eBay.
Hello, I bought a stone that was supposed to arrive at my place on November 11 with tracking (11/11 being a holiday) I thought I would get it on the 12th or 13th, after contacting the seller, they informed me that the stone is on its way even though I was supposed to have tracking (which I did receive but which is not valid) so it is impossible for me to track the package, and after contacting the seller, they tell me that the package can arrive as late as December 10. My question is: having won this stone at auction on November 4, if the stone still had not arrived after December 10, would I still be covered by eBay's buyer guarantee? Thank you for your reply. Kind regards.

Mentor1 year agoHello
You were given an estimated delivery date ..You have 30 days from that date to report an item not received .
If that date is 11/11 ,it will be too late on 12/10 to act ..
Wait a little longer then follow the dispute procedure :
