Summary: tojul_14 expresses frustration about an order never received despite the delivery status shown on the site. They opened a dispute, but eBay refused the refund, saying the parcel is marked as delivered. koalagris advises contacting the carrier directly, saying the issue is on their side, and suggests that hoping for an exceptional gesture from eBay is futile. tojul_14 then decides to leave eBay, deleting the app and telling acquaintances they had directed to the platform. *miss-tigri* mentions that eBay does not check this forum and offers help closing the account if needed.

Mentor1 year agoHello @tojul_14
If the carrier declares the package as delivered (a status that is simply reported on the site via the tracking number, ebay isn't inventing anything), it's to the carrier that the complaint needs to be filed (delivered where? when? to whom?).
Nowhere will you get anywhere with a "delivered" status; that would open the door to all sorts of abuse.
In this case, it's a matter between you and the carrier only.
For the rest, do as you see fit, but don't count on an "exceptional gesture"...
Best regards
