Sponsored ads malfunction...

Since the new setup of sponsored listings , as soon as a buyer wins an auction on a sponsored listing the customer's pickup point does not show up AUTOMATICALLY it is a real headache every time to find the customer's pickup point ( you have to ask the customer for it with every sale which takes a lot of time... when the customer replies! Or when the Relay point is not available on eBay that happens too for example... does anyone have an idea please so that the customer Relay point information is automatic for SPONSORED LISTINGS ??
