eBay China??

Hello, I don't understand.

Indeed, when I wanted to buy an item I was redirected to eBay China;

I made a purchase via Google Pay and since I didn't receive any confirmation I made a second purchase.

But no confirmation from eBay; I wonder if I wasn't phished.

What should I do?
