Hello, ebay closed the case in favor of a buyer for an amount of 80 euros, but this buyer bought 3 items on the same day that I sent to him in the same envelope, for a total amount of 280 Euros, without calling his good faith into question how come he did not ask for refunds for the two other items, this clearly means that he received them otherwise he would not have asked for 80 EUROS but 280 euros. how could ebay rule in favor of the buyer in this case, something doesn't make sense

It’s possible because the buyer made 3 separate purchases.
you would have needed to make 3 shipments with 3 tracking numbers.
