eBay and excessive fees
Summary: labetter-65 expresses their dissatisfaction about fees of more than €28 imposed by eBay for a canceled sale, despite the item never being shipped. After an unsuccessful attempt to resolve the situation with customer service, labetter-65 decides to leave the platform, criticizing the lack of business flexibility. koalagris responds with information about eBay's holiday mode and an explanation of the fees in relation to the Terms of Use, but this does not seem to ease the initial frustration.

Mentor1 year agoHello,
The away mode exists (ideal when you can’t handle shipments):

As for the fees, they are indicated in the Terms and Conditions (item not sent//sale refused = fees as if sold):

Good luck...
