eBay and sellers
Summary: djoud25 expresses frustration toward eBay, feeling that the platform systematically favors buyers in disputes, to the detriment of honest sellers. They deplore the ineffectiveness of customer service and are considering canceling their account. lingma85 suggests a way to contest eBay’s decisions, but djoud25 expresses some disillusionment. After a clarification about using a humorous signature, djoud25 warmly thanks lingma85 for their advice.
I'm really angry with ebay, which today is washing its hands of the problems faced by sellers on the site. Customer service is very polite, but in terms of effectiveness I've known much better in the past.
Decisions in the event of a dispute are systematically made in favor of the buyer, regardless of the reason. The messages exchanged are not taken into account and when you ask for precise answers with proof, ebay plays dead. It's absolutely unbearable and it opens the door to dishonest buyers who will now find on the site something to enjoy at the expense of honest people. Ebay has become a marketplace solely interested in its own interests and the profile no longer counts in their eyes because I've had 3 negative experiences in a very short time as a seller and the handling of these disputes was catastrophic! I seriously wonder whether I'm not going to cancel my registration because it disgusts me.

Have you used this method...? ----> Appeal an eBay decision regarding a return or a missing item for buyers | eBay
Kind regards

OP2 years agoNo, I don't really feel like smiling when people make fun of me like that, but I know how to step back from life's things.

The "little smile" is only my signature, ... nothing more and nothing less...
I absolutely did not mean to hurt you, and even less to make fun of you....
Best regards

OP2 years agoNice signature and rest assured, I do not feel hurt in any way, and even less mocked. Thank you for your advice.
