eBay charges VAT twice

Here is my problem, if someone can help me that would be great.
I am a resident in Switzerland.
And eBay adds VAT for France, for example, to my ads with immediate purchase.
But the big problem is when there is a group purchase:
I send the total to the customer with the VAT already added by eBay.
But when it comes time to pay, eBay adds another 20% VAT to the total.
I don't understand why the customer has to pay VAT twice?
Is this a bug?

You'll need to check with customer service-----> eBay Customer Service
Contact them during office hours preferably and ask to be called back.

But since I'm in Switzerland, I think he calls back on a French number.
Because I've left my Swiss number for more than an hour now.

if you speak German or get someone to help you.
Do the same process as for France.
