Hello,3 days ago, I bought 16 items from the same seller, located in the USA (reliable seller, 100% positive feedback on 18,728).This seller had set up the option allowing shipping costs to be combined. Before confirming the purchase, I therefore asked for the total so I could recalculate the total amount due by combining the shipping costs.Problem: only the shipping costs for 7 items were combined; for the other 9, the individual shipping costs were added together.Explanation: 7 items had a "standard" shipping method (USPS Priority Mail International), the other 9 (the problematic ones) were handled by the "Ebay Global Shipping" program (GSP).Before finalizing the payment, I therefore contacted the seller.The seller was willing to refund me the excess paid in shipping costs, but unfortunately, he does not have control over the GSP program's shipping charges, as these are entirely managed by Ebay (not by the seller).The seller did, however, tell me that he would combine everything into a single package and send it via GSP.I therefore confirmed the purchase.The seller sent all the items in a single package via GSP, as he had said.How can I now recover the excess paid to Ebay (and not to the seller) regarding the shipping costs? Indeed, only one package was sent and I paid international shipping fees for 10 different packages.Hoping I have been clear in my explanation, thank you in advance.
