Ebay international shipping ESUS tracking

I would need the experience of members of the community regarding delivery times via the Ebay International Shipping program, in this case a package sent on February 14, 2024 by the seller via USPS at first, tracking number 9400109206486550053214, received on March 1, 2024 in Illinois for relabeling....
No news since then, we are on March 14 and tracking ESUS185794135 is still frozen...
Granted, EBay's indicative delivery window is between Monday, March 5 and Monday, March 18, but should we be concerned about the lack of updates on this rather fragmentary tracking? Are shipments generally flashed more regularly? Should I face the facts and assume my shipment is lost?
Thank you for sharing your recent experiences with this apparently criticized shipping method.

For now, 4 days before the delivery deadline, worrying or not worrying won’t really change much, especially since in any case there are no options for action during shipping.
Starting the next day, so on 19/03, and for the following 30 days, you can open a dispute for item not received; unfortunately, that’s the only thing to take into account...
