EBay sent me an invalid printable return label
I requested a return for a defective item, lens, in Japan, the return was approved, except that eBay sent me a return label to stick on the package that is not accepted by the various carriers in France, it is FedEx and eBay no longer responds to my request

If the return slip is written in Japanese, it's only normal that our carriers don't want to use it.
Ask the seller for their address written in Roman letters (European script, for example.)
and then you redo the return form with the carrier you want, you pay and you send it..
