Hello Ebay sanctioned me because some of my packages were not delivered, they refunded the customers at my request. They removed my Top reliability..The packages were lost..in the end they were delivered today ..BUT EBAY REFUSES TO PAY ME ......Have you ever encountered this situation.. To me this is outright theft
