eBay can't verify my identity

Hello,

This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve had to submit my ID again, and after a few days eBay tells me that it was not possible to verify my identity.

I’ve tried everything: maiden name, married name first, both, uppercase, lowercase.

After a few days I get a red message telling me that my identity could not be verified and my ID disappears from my account.

Does anyone have the solution to this puzzle?
