Ebay doesn’t give me the category to list my items in, deletes them, and restricts my account
Summary: d.tova07 complains about eBay’s practices after their erotic magazines were removed for miscategorization. Despite several attempts to get clarification from eBay, they only received automated responses and had their account restricted. jacquelinedu36 advises not to push it to avoid being banned, but d.tova07 reacts by asking for helpful advice. In the end, d.tova07 expresses their frustration with eBay once again.
Hello,
it just keeps getting worse with ebay, I have erotic magazines (him), ebay deleted them because they weren’t in the right category, they send me an automatic email that doesn’t answer my request. I put them back up, they delete them again, I ask several times what category they want me to put them in, again an automatic reply, so no clear answer.
I put them back up, cropping the photo so you can’t see anything at all except the person’s face (no butt no breast NOTHING) they delete them again and on top of that restrict my account!!!
I call them, they tell me to send them an email from the listing removal email... which is a no.reply email!!! On top of that there are more than a hundred magazines with the same name online with full photos and theirs are not removed!
They’ve completely lost the plot and all we’re good for is paying our fees and keeping our mouths shut while we put up with their arbitrary decisions.
Do you know of any organization that acts as a go-between and handles this kind of dispute?
Thanks

Mentor2 years agoHello,
If I were you, I wouldn't push too hard > because you risk getting banned from eBay
Try listing it in the same category as those already for sale " sell "
Good luck
