EBay refuses my refund request....

So I bought a ring supposedly ancient Roman, but when it arrived there was a strong smell of acid coming from the package (chemical patina effect). I asked the seller for a refund and requested a return label, which they never sent me…. Then they told me they sent me the return shipping costs on PayPal (without a return label I don’t have eBay protection) the proof showing the transfer to my PayPal is a pale ChatGPT photomontage…
To this day I don’t know what to do. eBay refuses my refund with return.
Do you have the eBay customer service contact number?
