Ebay bidder from Taiwan who can't bid

Hello,

An eBayer from Taiwan can't bid on one of my items and is asking me to modify my listing. I don't see what I can do since an eBayer from Japan was able to bid...

I haven't blocked Taiwan.

Thanks for your help

Hello @marduras

Go through their feedback, if they have any, to see if they might have a problem with a restriction you may have put in your eBay, and also if they might have non-payment issues....

If everything looks good, add their username to this list-------> https://www.ebay.fr/bmgt/ExemptBuyers?

and let them know...

Best regards
