EbayRachat, is it reliable?
Summary: philiusbellus shared a frustrating experience with a site called EbayRachat.fr, which claims to be linked to eBay. After sending in products, they received no confirmation or estimate, raising concerns about a possible scam. francexpressdeal suggested that the site is indeed connected to eBay and provided a link to contact the appropriate service. philiusbellus confirmed having used the contacts provided but still continues to receive no follow-up communication, which is fueling their concern.
I sent products to a site called EbayRachat (buyback/trade-in of second-hand items, with no connection to eBay despite the name) and I haven't heard anything since: no confirmation of receipt, no estimate, total silence.
I’m turning to you because I know this name is confusingly similar to eBay and I’d like to know:
Has anyone ever dealt with this site or heard of experiences (positive or negative)?
Do you have any advice on how to follow up with them or report a problem if customer service remains unreachable?
Is there a procedure or an organization to contact for this kind of dispute (DGCCRF, France Verif, etc.)?
Because not replying to customers when you’re sending items worth hundreds of euros, I truly don’t understand this service. Is it a scam?

In short, we send them valuable items, but they don’t follow through. Or they’re totally behind on customer service. No response, no signal, no regular or serious follow-up.
That’s the point of my comment!

did you check with the link I posted that everything matches up? Whether it was the site you were on, the shipping/refund process, the contact methods, etc...?
Get back in touch via the link sent previously just to make sure you weren't on a mirror site.

Handled by Circularx, the site dedicated to buying back products for Ebay
I received the emails from EbayRachat with a reference from CircularX, which is the company responsible for recovering the products for Ebay.
But since then, nothing.
No tracking, no link, and no reply
And even less this email contact@ebayrachat.fr
So we have a hub run by Ebay, but the service provider it uses doesn't reply, nothing is tracked, and they collect valuable items with no tracking at all.
