Hello. I can't complete my purchase with my Visa card for items in my cart. Every time, I get a message saying that something went wrong. I was also asked to change my shipping country to France, even though I live in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. I need your help.

Are you sure the seller actually ships to your country?
That’s probably the reason for the block.. Try contacting them to make sure, or check the exclusions in the shipping section of the listing..
