Auction
I recently won an auction for a Pokémon card in Canada. The displayed price is 290 CAD, which normally works out to about €181 + shipping costs, which come to €18. However, when it came time to pay, the displayed price was no longer the same and showed a price of 340 CAD, which comes to 240 with shipping included.
I therefore wanted to understand where this price difference came from.

You need to add 20% VAT on everything imported into France.
