Auction not assumed by the seller
Hello
I’m reaching out to you because I just won an auction and paid, and the seller sent me a message to tell me he would send the parcel, because the auction price doesn’t suit him.
Is he within his rights, or does he have to honor the sale and the shipment?
Thanks

You can't force a seller to ship your purchase, any more than you can force a buyer to pay for their purchase...
The problem is on both sides 😉

Indeed, eBay allows the seller to cancel the sale (and in any case no one can force them to ship it):
https://www.ebay.fr/help/selling/getting-paid/annuler-une-commande-en-tant-que-vendeur?id=4136&st=3&pos=1&query=Annuler%20une%20commande%20en%20tant%20que%20vendeur&intent=annuler%20vente&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1090
Depending on the reason for the cancellation, they may have to pay the commission fees as if it had been sold.
No recourse on your side once the seller initiates the refund; otherwise you will have to wait until the delivery deadline has passed before you can open a dispute for item not received:
