Auction on my item
Summary: linea_39 sold an item on another site after listing it on eBay and is now trying to deal with the consequences of a bid received for that item on eBay. He asked the buyer to cancel the order, but is facing technical difficulties in finalizing the refund. koalagris provided an eBay link to help resolve the issue.
I listed an item for sale on eBay and on another site, and I sold this item on that other site, so I wanted to remove my listing on eBay but I wasn't able to, so I received a bid on my item and the buyer paid, but I can't send it to him since I already sold it on another site. I asked the buyer to cancel his order, which he did, but it's impossible to reply to him; I received a message: something went wrong, please try again. I don't know what to do, and the site is sending me emails saying that I need to enter my bank details so that the buyer can be paid. It's impossible to contact them. What should I do? Thanks for your advice.
