Tell them it will be done as soon as your purchase is received .. Procedure: Cancel your dispute If you receive the item, you can choose to cancel the dispute : Go to Purchase History and look for the item. Select View request details in the Other actions. drop-down menu Select Close your request and choose the reason from the drop-down menu. Once closed, a dispute cannot be reopened. See original

If you receive the item, you can choose to cancel the dispute :
