Bank card registration for seller account registration

Hello,
I just submitted the request to open a buyer and seller account, and it’s asking me to register a bank card for paying the fees and receiving the money from sales.
But I’m stuck at this step because it asks me to check whether the billing address is the same as the one shown in the card information. Here, all the information is entered correctly, but it keeps refusing it outright.
How do I do this, please, because I first need to validate this step so I can send my information for verification to Ebay.

Registered in Mayotte, you are not under ebay France (ebay.fr = Metropolitan France), nor its forum, but under ebay.com.
The best thing is to see exactly what's blocking with ebay.com customer service:
