Unfortunately, if you send a part back, they give you a very imprecise address and shipping costs are on you, no prepaid label like many serious sellers do. That’s not normal; it’s misleading information. Returning to Germany costs €15 from France. And on top of that, the information provided is false since the part recommended for my vehicle was incompatible, which is why I returned it.
