Summary: grsaut0 shares their negative experience with the Masteda-autoteile site, claiming that despite the promise of seller-covered returns, the shipping costs for returning an incorrect item are the buyer’s responsibility. In addition, the part ordered turned out to be incompatible with their vehicle. koalagris responds with a link to eBay’s board usage policy.

Masteda-autoteile this site sells parts freely, stating that returns are handled by the seller. Unfortunately, if you send a part back, they give you a very imprecise address and shipping costs are on you, no prepaid label like many serious sellers do.

That’s not normal; it’s misleading information. Returning to Germany costs €15 from France.

And on top of that, the information provided is false since the part recommended for my vehicle was incompatible, which is why I returned it.
