Delivery instead of hand delivery
Good evening, I sold an item with in-person pickup.
The buyer wasn't paying attention, and now they want it shipped after paying.
I’m happy to send it at my own expense, but what should I do with the in-person pickup code?
Can I still send it to them anyway?

The method is to cancel the current transaction--->
Cancel an order as a seller | eBay
because of a buyer error in choosing the delivery method.
recreate the listing with shipping costs.
ask the buyer to buy it again.
This is for your "protection" as a seller as well as the buyer's.
Hand delivery and shipping are 2 different processes that require this cancellation.
