I need to send an item to the USA and ebay is not offering me any service.

On the “ebay Shipping Labels” page, there’s the option Chronopost World via Packlink at a rate of €20 for the shipment I need to make.

Unfortunately, Packlink only offers UPS or FedEx for this shipment, at €50 at best.

Overall, ebay Chat tells me to sort it out directly with the carriers, whose rates are at least twice as high.

So what basis should shipping costs now be determined on?

Have you already encountered this problem and have you found a satisfactory solution.
