I've made several sales using Mondial Relay to send the parcels, and the issue I'm running into is that the sold items appear as "sent" even though the buyers have collected their parcels and I can verify it through tracking ...

How can I change these parcels from "sent" and received by the buyer to "delivered"?

"How do I change these parcels from "sent" and received by the buyer to "delivered ?" = there’s nothing you can do about it, the update happens automatically, but there are always delays before it shows as "delivered" on eBay.
