Hello, it had been a long time since I had made a sale on eBay and I didn't realize that the shipment had to be processed directly on the site, so I sent the package on my own. The buyer did mention that he received it, but eBay still says that I am late. And customer service can't respond to my request. What should I do?

You say: "I didn't realize that the shipment had to be made directly on the site". There is absolutely no obligation to go through the site. You can perfectly do it the way you did. You just need to remember to add the tracking number in the order, as @koalagris told you.
