Indeed, when I wanted to look at the delivery slip, I saw one for a tracked letter shipment even though it was supposed to be sent via Mondial Relay (weight and thickness incompatible with a tracked letter shipment). It was considered as issued and that the order would have been sent, even though that is incompatible.
How can I cancel this postal slip and issue the Mondial Relay one instead?
