Summary: clsa4009 reported a problem with two vinyl sleeve orders. The first order for 45 rpm vinyl records was delivered without issue, while the second one for 33 rpm vinyl records, placed on October 14, has not been shipped and shows a 'pending' status. francexpressdeal asked for details about the estimated delivery date, and jacquelinedu36 advised asking for a tracking number and opening a dispute if the item is not received by the latest delivery date. clsa4009 is looking for advice on how to get a refund.

Hello community, Here is my problem.

I placed 2 very different orders:

1 for vinyl protective sleeves (45 rpm records) (October 5) No problems

and 1 other for vinyl protective sleeves (33 rpm records) (October 14) !!!!

This last one has not been sent... The seller tells me it was shipped on the 5th for an order placed on the 14th.....

When I check the status of my order placed on the 14th, it says that it has been paid for and charged !!!!

Since yesterday my order has been marked by the seller as order pending, what does that mean?

And of course, since then, silence from the seller !!!

Could you please tell me, if applicable, the steps to follow in order to get a refund !!!!

Hello,

Ask him for the tracking number

By the latest delivery date, if nothing has been received, open a dispute "item not received"
