Shipping to France but buyer abroad
Summary: ingrid051973 shipped an item to an address in France via a delivery service, following the instructions provided by Ebay. Hello everyone.
I sent the sold item to an address in France via Mindial Relay (address provided by Ebay), but the buyer has just sent me a message saying that he does not live in France... Here is his message:
"Hello, I saw the package at the pickup point but I don't live in France, I think you sent it to my Ebay address, what do I do now"
I wasn't aware of any other address, I followed what Ebay indicated when I bought my shipping label. Should I contact Ebay?

It would seem that you only sell in France.... not internationally...
So where did this foreign buyer come from...?
Refund the buyer up to the value of the item... with the shipping costs being used by the carrier.

Advise this buyer to review their personal info because there is some confusion between their delivery address and the one registered on ebay.fr.
