Sent by mail, but there's a problem with the mailbox at reception

Hello, I sent the package by post to the details sent by the buyer.
Apparently there is no name on the mailbox. So I sent a message to the buyer so that he can contact the post office
If he doesn't do that, will I get my payment? Thanks

No payment if the buyer reports an item not received .

Without being able to be delivered, the parcel will be returned to you ..You’ll need to check with the buyer whether they want it resent, by paying again .
