Since the ebayenne delivery platform is not mandatory, you go to the Post Office near you... and do what they tell you..
Indeed, a lot of things have changed since August 2025, and it’s not a few tips on the forum that could solve your problem.

the best thing to do is contact La Poste's international customer service directly, as the regulations for shipments to the United States change frequently (there is another change coming on September 16) :
