I sent it by post as "books and brochures". An economical shipping method for the buyer but without tracking. After 2 months, the buyer tells me he hasn't received anything. There's no tracking number, but I made sure to take a photo of the postage-paid package, and I had to refund him. What recourse do I have? Has this already happened to anyone? Or did I get a dishonest buyer?

You should NEVER ship without tracking...
