Message cannot be sent

Good evening, I would like to send a message to a seller, to propose discussing the additional information with them. When I click on "contact seller" the window that opens does not allow me to write anything at all; it only allows me to confirm an immediate purchase. Is this a bug? Is it a deliberate move by the seller? Thanks for your insights.

no, this is absolutely not a deliberate move by the seller.

In the window that opened, you need to enter your message where it says "Send the message" :
