hello, I put an item up for sale but foreign buyers are telling me they can't bid because I didn't set the international sale option. but I can't find how to change it, even in the shipping options. (there is already a bid).

Hello,

you have excluded quite a few countries in your settings.

Check whether the buyer trying to bid is included in your list.

However, if you have a bid on your item, you cannot modify it.

Sending it as tracked mail is not recommended and especially abroad ...

You seem to have excluded a lot of countries, keeping only the European Union...

If a buyer from another country wants to place a bid, you have the option of adding their username to this list---> https://www.ebay.fr/bmgt/ExemptBuyers?

Let them know afterward and they should certainly be able to take part...

Thanks..

However, given the items you are offering for sale... always send them with tracking and insurance covering the amount of the sale + shipping costs, so you don't end up out of pocket in case of loss or damage.
