Parcel sent without going through eBay, my mistake

I just made 2 sales on eBay, it's been a very long time since I was last on here and things have changed a lot.....
Before there was no form to download, you dropped off the parcel and that was it, everything was done.
I just did it like before but I think I messed up!!!!!
I have the drop-off receipts in my possession, is it possible to fix the mistake?
I downloaded the app recently and it's a real nightmare for me, I couldn't get the shipping label to appear etc.
I would like to, and tomorrow I will contact eBay support to explain myself.

Don’t worry: postage through eBay is by no means mandatory, it’s just a service the site offers.
Sellers are free to affix postage directly with the carrier; in that case, all you need to do is enter the tracking number on the eBay order :

OP11 months agoThanks for your feedback. Okidoki and I dug around in the app (a real monster) and gave up.
I went through the desktop version and was able to find where to enter the parcel numbers.
Luckily I took photos as proof.
Everything is sorted out.
