Hello, I ordered a hood protector in Poland one Sunday at the end of July. I made a mistake in the address, I wanted to cancel it but it said cancellation impossible, so I ordered a second one with the correct address. The second one was delivered to the right address, and for the first one the delivery driver told me, I'm in front of your house (I was on vacation), so he leaves with the parcel, and on July 31 I receive the parcel at my home. I send it back via Mondial Relay to Poland. I contact the seller for the pickup point and no one came to collect it, so it gets sent back to me. What should I do?

If you used the return procedure, ask ebay to step in.
Take a screenshot of all the tracking for your return.
