Summary: seagal67 sent a parcel via Mondial Relay, but the buyer has not picked it up yet and is not replying to messages. *miss-tigri* advises that if the parcel is not collected in time, it will be sent back to the seller. The buyer will not be able to benefit from eBay’s guarantee, and seagal67 can either resend the parcel with new shipping costs or issue a refund after deducting the original fees.

I sent the package with Mondial Relay, but the buyer isn't picking it up and he still has one day left. I left him a message, but he isn't replying.

Hello

The parcel will be sent back to you if it is not collected in time.

The buyer will not be covered by the eBay guarantee (you will have to provide proof that it was not collected if he opens a dispute). You can resend it to him against new shipping costs or refund him by deducting the outbound shipping costs.

Keep an eye on the tracking ..
